Network Solutions has been experiencing some problems with their
database. If you have a customer who is having problems accessing
their domain, it may be 'on hold' for non-payment. 

Since InterNIC's database is experiencing problems, the whois may
not reflect that the domain is 'on hold'.  We do not know when
InterNIC's database will be corrected to reflect the current
domain status.  In the meantime, however, to find out if payment
is due, please refer to following location:

https://payments.internic.net

RapidSite has encountered a good number of instances whereby
customers were unable to access their Web site due to the domain
being 'on hold', but the InterNIC's whois database did not reflect this status.
