Actually most accounting systems have a "batch input" format of some
kind.  Most will accept dbf, mdb, excel files, diff files, etc.  I wrote
one to import into ACCPAC TBR that works fairly easily.  I don't like TBR
and they are tossing that in favor of importing into another module.  If
your accountant can't give you the info, get him to hand over the manuals
and take a look at the appendixes in them or search their website.
