<vent>

Burns me up when I'm debugging something and a crappy little typo ends up
being the problem, rather than all the other "logical" things that I try to
adjust.

For example, I was working on a script for Webinator, which uses its own
"vortex" scripting language
 http://www.thunderstone.com/vortexman/index.html ) and was pretty sure that
my problem was at this line:

<DB = c:\InetPub\wwwwroot/webinator/35>

I figured it had to do with the direction of a slash or an incorrect
directory reference. Turns out, after 20 minutes of wrangling, that I had an
extra w in wwwwroot. It should be wwwroot.

errrrrrrggg...

</vent>

BTW, anyone else on this list experience with Vortex?

Jack
