Over the past month I've had to request a number of changes to domains at
the InterNIC. The process has been terrible. I haven't been able to get
anything but a busy signal for the past 3 weeks. One fax was dealt with,
without me having to call to followup, but everything else is languishing.
Confirmation notices are not being sent to current admin and tech contacts,
new nameservers records are not getting distributed (I have two sites where
changes have been done for over a week, but there doesn't seem to be any
sign that the records have been distributed to the nameservers), faxes are
not being replied to, etc. The whole thing is absolutely frustrating....and
they're a monopoly! Unbelievable.
Only good thing is that if I crypt a new domain registration, the request
has been completed as fast as one hour (but sometimes the nameserver records
don't seem to be getting out).

Anyone know of a phone number other than (703) 742-4777 where I can contact
them?
