I registered two sites the same day -- back-to-back (ie, seconds apart). The *second*
one was available to pay online when I checked back, 2 days later. The *first* one
just went online yesterday -- The registration happened 2 February. OH, and I got my
first e-mail notice yesterday also.
Why would one take 2 days and the other 2 weeks to get into the web registry for
payment?
