I'm on NT and the only time I've gotten any kind of response from them was
to phone and ask why I hadn't gotten a response. I appreciate that having
had a death in the "family" that things might get a little tough, but this
is ridiculous. As soon as the changes are made with the NIC, I'm outta there.
