Some items are being handled very quickly, others are taking quite a long
time. I've found that I get better response if I call and speak with
Harry and let him know which of my requests need immediate attention.
I've been waiting since Nov to get moved to a new server and get my
secure certificate installed, yet have gotten email addresses added the
same day. New setups take about a week.
