Was digging around for Perl scripts that will parse comma-delimited
database files and convert them to HTML tables... came across the
following in the docs for such a script on a Swedish site:

Lets say that we want to create a HTML template to display the CSV
data file with names and phone numbers
Carl,Olsson,555-9234
Michael,Brown,555-1212
James,London,555-7623
Mike,Stone,555-4532
Donald,Duck,555-0000
Sylvester,More,555-8723

Note the fourth entry in the list of records. So Mike, what's the
deal here? Do you moonlight as a "database demo populater" in your
spare time? <g>
