The Octane is better, dual CPU's with a crossbar switch. Of course,
they do make a 128 processor machine like I played with a few weeks ago...
but it is a bit pricy. (I got to play with a lot of SGI machines last
month and start of this month.) SGI makes a lot of neat machines! And
they will be supporting Linux on them.
(We finished the SGI project, and I am looking again.)
