I'm diligently looking for a place to eat lunch .... after extensive search, I wrote the SJ Visitors Bureau and said *where* is the SJ Convention Center and *where* is its web site? A very nice (and prompt) answer -- the site is "down" (no explanation) -- and offer of stuff. I've asked for a fax of the mainfloor layout to pick a meeting place. The morning keynote is over by 11:15 -- so what say we plan to meet at this yet-to-be-determined-meeting place about 11:30 -- depart for restaurant at 11:45. We'll find one walking distance. To the non-conference goers: it's been suggested that parking at the convention center makes the most sense (easier than finding a parking place "downtown"). So ya'll would meet us inside also.
