There are a variety of meta tags ..for more on the "universilization" of them, see the
DublinCore effort -- trying to get uniform "definitions" for things like "author" ...
.so that search engines etc will have good content to deal with.
"generator" is usually assigned to the software program used to "generate" the code =
some have on by default, but it can be turned "off" ... others, it's automatic and you
have no choice but "hard" delete if you don't want that info in your code.
