yes, they didn't learn from our lessons. when i was last in singapore (before
barry came 'back home') you could still buy unleaded gas, which is a major
source of air pollution.

china and other areas have high particulate due to burning fuel to keep 
warm. incomplete combustion [home fires] = lots of pollutants.
