Adobe Golive (formerly Golive Cyberstudio) produces a fairly decent site map, albeit a
little clunky when it comes to printing it out for presentation. For my own purposes,
I take screen shots, which work great. I have the 3.x version for Mac. The 4.0 version
is now available, and a Windoze version is expected to be available soon.

I could demo a small site for you if you tarred it up and sent it to me. No need to
send images, they won't matter for the site map purposes.
