Barry is right, this is a Java applet, no Quicktime video. Must be
some strange Java, because it eats my system resources to the
bone. In plain text: it doesn't work. It takes ages to download,
nothing happens but a stunning 93% CPU usage and 48% memory claim.
Opening my java console shows a heap of error messages like this one:

Now the jpeg of the beach house, on the other hand,
_that_is_beautiful_. I don't know about the beach house itself but the
photograph is very well taken. And it loads fast. Conclusion: you
don't need the glitz to communicate effectively.
