We have been very pleased with Amazon's service also. Whenever we have a
notion to buy a book, we usually wait until we have some other reason to
drive 15 miles to Medford's Barnes & Noble store. We've found that we can
order from Amazon and get the book before we've had a chance to go to
Medford.
Just recently I wanted to read George Stephanapoulus's book "All Too Human,"
and when I checked at Barnes & Noble, they had not received their copies of
the book. I ordered it from Amazon, received it and read it, and last time I
checked again, Barnes & Noble still hadn't received their books.
So now, thanks to Amazon, I'm thoroughly up on what life is like when you
spend 18 hours a day swatting out bimbo eruptions and worrying about how
much access you have to the President and how close your office is to the
Oval Office. It seems that Beltway Fever has infected the White House too.
Save your money, folks.
