Search the archives. I need to say I that feedback from the community was not very encouraging.
When i did it first time i only used google and Luc howto and it started. And when tou put it all together then you don't need howto because it looks so simle ;-)
I think if you want to succeed with setting all this up you should put a lot of attention to all this passwords and components (php, apache, pear, mysql and so on).
And this is a problem in most cases.
I think troubleshuting precedure is needed. Some think like this:
First check this, then this and so on...
The same thing we do on this list when someone have problem.
