Hi,
Look carefully to the /etc/cyrus.conf (here is the Lucs' manual -
http://tldp.org/HOWTO/Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO/cyrus-config.html#CYRUS-CONFIGFILES).
You can see below "sievelocal" line:
# UNIX sockets start with a slash and are put into /var/imap/socket
SERVICES {
  # add or remove based on preferences
  imap          cmd="imapd" listen="192.168.0.1:imap" prefork=0
  imaplocal     cmd="imapd -C /etc/imapd-local.conf" listen="127.0.0.1:imap"
prefork=0
  imaps         cmd="imapd -s" listen="192.168.0.1:imaps" prefork=0
  imapslocal    cmd="imapd -C /etc/imapd-local.conf" listen="127.0.0.1:imaps"
prefork=0
  pop3          cmd="pop3d" listen="pop3" prefork=0
  pop3s         cmd="pop3d -s" listen="pop3s" prefork=0
  sieve         cmd="timsieved" listen="192.168.0.1:sieve" prefork=0
  sievelocal    cmd="timsieved -C /etc/imapd-local.conf
listen="127.0.0.1:sieve" prefork=0

Don't forget to create /etc/imapd-local.conf (look in the same page, the link
is above).

Leon Kolchinsky

Hi Leon,

Sorry but i saw your reply just now.

I copied /etc/pam.d/imap to /etc/pam.d/sieve.

I checked cyrus.conf and i found the entries for sieve but not the sievelocal
one.
And I didn't find any reference about sievelocal in Luc's Howtos.
What about it?

Thanks and Regards.

Hello,

Did you copy the /etc/pam.d/imap to /etc/pam.d/sieve?
Do you have entries for sieve and sievolocal in cyrus.conf like in Lucs'
HOWTO?

If not, just add this stuff to the apropriate files.

Regards,
Leon Kolchinsky
