Try to change time format, if it's possible. I think you have configured
grenwitch (gmt) in your system and Windows has configured local time (cest)
and Outlook Express is unable to traslate time correctly.
date return (from local date in Madrid, Spain):

Hello All,
I've installed new mail server, and noticed strange behavior concerning time
the message is received by Outlook Express from Cyrus server.
Lets say I'm sending new e-mail to the accouint on web-cyradm system at
13:19
Whet it is arriving I can see at the 'Received' column that it's arrived at
18:19
That means with the difference of 3 hours, but when I open this message I
can see that the time in the date field is 13:19.
This is what I got from 'date' command:
