Way to unwieldy, IMO.

The gluon folder already contains a 'fileutils.py'.  How about
* 't2utils.py', or
* 'authutils.py', or just 'auth.py' which contains the Auth() class
and 'crudutils.py', or just 'crud.py' which contains the Crud() class.
