So - Trac is not great, but as a wiki, will _allow_ using reST.
We can get that up in a number of ways (but if the choice is between trac
and moin-moin, I think we go for a web2py-wiki project).

As for twiki:   It's perl;  we won't port perl!  BUT the functional feature
set(s) may be useful to harvest (it has useful features).

Would you be willing to start a web2wiki project on launchpad?

We can at least write blueprints, and people can work on pieces (instead of
just complaining about what it doesn't do).

That I think would be a good.
