Get the latest snapshot, get jinja2 - and be off and running (make a test document, make sure it works). http://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx/overview/ (clone or download a zip) If you get that far, then go get Bruce Eckel's "Python 3 Patterns & Idioms" book project (in Sphinx) from bitbucket - http://bitbucket.org/BruceEckel/python-3-patterns-idioms/ It has pre-built html and pdf - with instructions on how to setup to contribute to that book.... That can be a starting point. I have the FAQ from massimo; we can start a Sphinx-book repository also. All that is needed then is to host that. Suggest you use makefile approach.
