Not all enterprise software is huge and complicated. What we mean by
that is that we do not regard web2py as tools just for the hobbist who
needs/likes to look into the source code to be able to use it.
We understand some enterprise needs in terms of speed, security and
backward compatibility.

I know it scares some people way but it also attracts others. Hard to
say if the cons outweigh the pros.
