Yes the best way is
db.cas_user.name.requires=IS_NOT_EMPTY(error_message = T("not empty"))
but
db.cas_user.name.requires=IS_NOT_EMPTY(error_message = "nesmi byt
prazdne")
should work anyway until overwritten somewhere.
