There wasn't any meeting scheduled. Just a natural gathering of web2py addicted people :P It peaked on 19, almost 20 (after Massimo had left). But taking your comment, I think it's a very good idea of arranging meetings too. IRC speeds up a lot of conversations and allows a more diverse/open kind of talks.
