i'd give it a try with the entire connection string (choosing also the 
right driver installed on your machine)

db = DAL("mssql://Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};Dbq=
C:\mydatabase.mdb;Uid=Admin;Pwd=;")
