The app is pretty old and my need little refactoring to work under recent
web2py version... I wrote that 2 years ago I think...

Also, I don't think it the way to go, because there is a issue in the app
about validators that are not individualized for the added input on the
fly...

I will try to wrote something for you as soon as I get time... It will be
base on component and fixed value for the client...
