@Anthony: I observed the same thing with an older version of web2py before upgrading. But after the upgrade, it is a fixed size inner window with a scroll bar that behaves as expected. Are you running a version of web2py older than 2.4.6? If so, you probably won't observe the behavior I'm talking about.
