this happened before probably because of static asset not being correctly reloaded. When this happens again, do a ctrl+f5 (or a contrl+r, depending on the availability) to reload both the page and all the static assets. I'd vote for having admin exploiting the response.static_version feature to be sure that this won't happen again...
