I need to see one of these tickets. I suspect the problem is that in 2.6.1 
one admin file was missing but it is now in 2.6.2. In pythonanywhere you 
have a web based shell. You can just do:

cd ~
wget http://web2py.com/examples/static/web2py_src.zip
unzip web2py_src.zip

and the problem should go away.
