BTW, did you notice that Flask can only be downloaded from PyPI? If a visitor goes to http://flask.pocoo.org/ and clicks "Download", the package comes from PyPI. Web2py is downloaded primarily from it's web site, not PyPI. That explains the PyPI download statistics.
