Yes, it's IIS7.  The only access I have to the web server is a Windoze share, 
so can only copy files to it, can't launch anything from command line, as I 
have no access to it. :(

This is megacorp, with 60K worker bees, so IT is very strict about what can and 
can't be run on these hosts.  I have full control of departmental servers, but 
they can't be used for this wider audience.  So, the binary version is a 
non-starter.  PHP is, unfortunately, my best option. :(  It is installed, 
running, and fully integrated already - plug 'n pray.

This director has been trying for years to get IT to provide his metrics 
tailored to his needs, without success, so I've been given the job.  Lucky me.
