Yes, it's IIS7. The only access I have to the web server is a Windoze share, so can only copy files to it, can't launch anything from command line, as I have no access to it. :(
This is megacorp, with 60K worker bees, so IT is very strict about what can and can't be run on these hosts. I have full control of departmental servers, but they can't be used for this wider audience. So, the binary version is a non-starter. PHP is, unfortunately, my best option. :( It is installed, running, and fully integrated already - plug 'n pray. This director has been trying for years to get IT to provide his metrics tailored to his needs, without success, so I've been given the job.
