Do it the usual way like Niphlod said, the DSN stands for 'Data Source Name' and it's a DSN as defined in the ODBC setup. You'd have to configure that ODBC connection before setting up web2py to connect to it. In Linux, usually you have ODBCconfig, or a sys.odbc.ini file. On Windows, just go into admin, data sources (odbc).
