Ah - I see .... well, if the list of apps hosted somewhere can include localhost / development station by default, this is good. For templates "out in the world".... how would you do - from "gzipped files? Is new app installed from the zip now? Do we need some signature / security mechanism in place if it is going to be from someplace else than the host that admin is runnin on?
