I am sure there are 10x more PHP jobs than Django jobs, 10x Java jobs than PHP jobs. To me you are asking the wrong question. web2py is a tool. Jobs where they force you to use a tool and do not let you choose your own tools are not good jobs. In any case, if you know web2py, using Django is not that difficult. It may be painful, but it is not difficult. So the right questions are: should you be learning Django? I think yes. Otherwise you will never know for sure whether web2py is better. Should you get a job where they force you to use a tool you do not like? I do not know that.
