I would like to add my two cents because I struggled with the same
questions in the beginning: there isn't really much difference between
django and web2py except for ORM and the template (web2py template language
is the most easiest to learn as its very pythonic, in my opinion). Once you
have a model and you can convert that in ORM you are half way there in your
job. So, I will go ahead and tell the recruiter you know both and leverage
from web2py to work on Django using a webide like cloud9.
