Actually the issue seems to be that I need to connect to DB using account that has r/w access. Now I am getting this error:
<class 'cx_Oracle.DatabaseError'> ORA-00904: "Table1"."ID": invalid identifier Looking into that. Let me know if anyone knows the reason.
