it looks like a web2py administrator wrote the "reload" button for
pythonAnywhere, so I emailed Massimo to ask to help them fix it

in the mean time, is there a way to manually reload, such as stopping
ngnx/flushing/re-starting nginx?

I think that is the only other way I could, for example, reload routes.py,
correct?

If I replace the new w2p source code as in Slices instructions, or ftp my
updated app, it would not work without reloading, correct?

So I'm stuck if reload can't happen.
