I have one user (and only one) whose email has suddenly started to be rejected by the auth login system. With the correct email address and password (I've double-checked) he gets "Invalid login." Then when he tries to use the password reset form he gets an "Invalid email" notice, as if the field validator is rejecting it. The email address is in the format [email protected]. So it shouldn't be rejected by the field validator. Can anyone suggest what might be causing a problem like this, or at least how I could debug it? There are no error messages being produced.
