we do not have a formal way. Usually people offer to do something on
this list and if considered valuable you have a go. Lots of people
email me patches personally. If the patch is substantial, I include
the name in the who.html page. This is far from a perfect system and
we need to improve it but it has worked so far.

You are welcome to help us anyway you want. Probably nobody will tell
you what to do but there are things we really need:
- improve docstrings
- finish port the epydoc docs to sphinx
- improve the pages layout css
- if somebody reports a bug, try reproduce it to confirm it. perhaps
fix the problem and email me a patch.
