seems Makefile and setup.py not working yet, installed dependencies should
using *pip3 install -r requirements.txt*
also in the thread *'50x performance improvement for web2py in TechEmpower
Web Framework Benchmarks'*, wondering web3py (which 10-20x faster) compare
to the optimized web2py (50x performance improved) on techempower
benchmarks. perhaps can learn from that code.
