change *'visitor'* with whatever string value, require restart web server
to update the new value

<h1>Hello Dear [[=name]]</h1>
change *Hello* or *Dear* with whatever string value, doesn't need to
restart web server, just refresh the browser it will updated the value
not sure what's going on, even clean the cache browser, can't make the
controller change it's updated value *'visitor'*
