that is true and I've done that as a matter of routine. I believe I fixed the problem when I added formname='such and such' under germ.process(formname='such and such',onvalidate=chk_ok).accepted because I literally had 12 forms on this one page and I believe I mistakenly used gfrm twice. so I renamed one of the gfrm in code and then added the forename under all of the form process es just to solidify it down. thank you for your help.
