As for the old reverse-include, i.e. unnamed: {{include}} --- I
have squarely aimed at killing that beast, making it go away, so yes -
my entire point is to eliminate that one.
As for the other, more natural form of include: Is this true? Is
{{extend "this.file"}} just a synonym for {{include "this.file"}}?
What are the differences?
Include is just that - simpler than a block;
If the included file includes blocks - should be parse it into the
block tree?
Does / can an include file override blocks?
Can you override blocks from an include? (I think so - but that does
beg the quesion: other than syntactic sugar, what do you need
{{include filename}} for anymore?
