Looks like many requested corrections have been made by cjrh as they have come up. However, I've found the following issues, which I'm not sure have been addressed yet:

Beyond fixing errors, it might also be a good idea to go through the last 2-3 months of web2py releases and make sure any new features introduced are documented in the book (this may be a bigger task, particularly for things like the new wizard). More generally, it would be great if we could develop the discipline of updating the book with every new release (at least for releases that add new features). There's nothing like up-to-date documentation. And it will seem less daunting if done in small chunks.
