This is a good idea, though once this thread fades into the past, people will forget (or not learn to do) this. Maybe we could make the process easier by adding a prominent "Report Error / Make Suggestion" button right at the top of book. Reported errors could be forwarded automatically to you, Massimo, etc. (maybe even add an option to post it right to the web2py list), and a record could be kept of all reports. I know there is already a user comments feature, but that (a) is buried at the bottom of the page, (b) requires login just to know it exists, and (c) doesn't offer the user any sense that someone will ever notice or address the comment.
