Suggestion: set up an email address "[email protected]", to which all documentation issues can be sent, and then advertise that email address in this forum, and on the homepage, and on every web page of the book, and then on the backend you can auto forward all emails received to myself and other editors. Likewise, perhaps you can auto- mail user comments at the bottom of all the book pages, or better, replace the user comments section with a form that will send an email to [email protected].
