[web2py] Deleting upload files -- possible bug?

Grrr. Sorry to go around in circles on this. I traced my code some
more and, yes, there was a bug. But I fixed it and yet the upload file
is not being deleted. As improbable as it seems that this would be a
bug in web2py, my Question #1 above remains open.
