And having such CMS system with something like web2py under the hood to
make it easy for developers to create custom-content type and/or
plugins/widgets/add-ons...and this is formula for succes making both
users and developers happy.

Concrete5 is very nice for end-users, but not so simple for devs because
it's not documented as agood as web2py and, of course, being PHP and not
Python.

Moreover, WP is also not heaven for devs.

So, web2py-based CMS should, imho, embrace the same mantras as web2py
itself...
