I remember seeing this once before. This is great if you find a theme you like online and want to make a prototype of your site in that theme and this is a very cool tool in general. The question is, do we really want to go in this direction for a CMS? The content is basically imprisoned in hard-coded HTML, making theme changes difficult at best. I could see making static HTML pages for sites with this (i.e. like Dreamwaver), but for a CMS, I'm not sure.
