I just updated to the 2.0.9 (2012-09-26 12:45:50) this morning and now see that all of my Add buttons are missing from all of my smartgrid forms. I've been away for a couple weeks and unfortunately don't remember what version I had before (2.0.6 or greater though). I checked my generated HTML and it isn't a CSS or HTML issue. Is it just me or are others seeing this behavior?
